For me, it depends upon the actress. For example, I understand that Shauna Grant was very unhappy with her life in porn. Her tragic end, the result of it. For as much as I still admire her beauty, she is no longer fodder for my fantasies.

On the other hand, I've no doubt that Marilyn Chambers would be flattered and would want people to keep stroking to her performances.

The image or video was as of a point in time, so I don't see what the big deal is. If you jacked off while thinking of an old girlfriend, you wouldn't think of what she would look like in the present (assuming you haven't had any contact with her recently).
