It seems to me that I read old dinosaurs.

Grate finely your block of tofu in a pan and then cook it with your favourite vegetable oil and mix it with your favorite sauces.
Then add it with your pasta or rice like you would add minced meat.

You will eat something very tasty... thanks to your favourite sauces.

I have tried that. The tofu still tasted like cardboard. I personally think tofu should be banned as a foodstuff!
