it seems that if you hit report function within the stupid limit and reload the notification - it adds new 60 seconds to the previous time left number..

yes, a time limit is quite stupid if you try to report multiple misplaced posts inside the same thread.

sure, mods could be more careful when checking new posts, too - and even more the members when they post their stuff to existing threads, thinking the same model name in a thread title is enough to be sure with the correct posting area

Not sure why there is a time limit, but I have no access to that option if it exists.... I'll see if I can ask sysadmin about it.
