Switzerland people voted to send back criminal people who are not Swiss citizen. It was a project of the extreme-right party.
That's understandable.
They don't want to take care of criminals who only come in their country to disturb and steal nice foreigners living in Switzerland and nice Swiss citizen.

But when the Swiss administration tried to send back these criminals, some countries agreed, but others like Algeria didn't reply to the messages or said: Your laws are your laws, our laws are not the same. We don't want these criminals back.
