There is so little information about Marie other than her filmography. (at least in English) When I discovered her in the pages of Penthouse I thought she was Hispanic! She appears to have done only a couple of magazine spreads. I see based on her cover pictorials she was a lot more active than I ever knew in her native country. Well, the IMDb lists 11 films for her. In Noglehullet she even was the lead as far I can recall.

By the standards of most our starlets here (e.g. her compatriot Elisabeth Hedlund: one uncredited film appearance as a lesbian) that is massive.
