All pornstars do it for the money. A few may enjoy their job but I would have to say very few, especially with todays porn. I doubt that any woman wakes up, looking forward to doing ATM.
That is one of the things that I didn't expect in porn. In the 80's must stars did straight sex. Every once in a while Ginger Lynn or another star would do an anal scene. It wasn't every scene and not all models did. It didn't take long for the ATM craze to catch on. I can see why an unattractive woman, needing money might do something like that. I can't see why some of porns biggest stars went for that. I would have been renting Angel Dark and Monica Sweetheart videos without the ATM.

There are no absolutes. You cannot say "all" pornstars do it for one reason or another. As humans we're all different. We all have different motivations.

Make no mistake, it IS a job. But there's nothing wrong with liking your job. Do they do it for the money? Of course they do. Is that the only reason? Of course not. For some it is, for others it's not. And there are some that hate it. Many times it comes across on the screen those that like what they're doing and those that don't.

Besides the obvious, money and fame, I think women tend to be exhibitionists and men voyeurs

You're never going to get a reliable answer to this quesion, because the only ones who are in a position to give an honest answer are the girls. Those who are still in the business are hardly likely to say "Actually, I hate it, I only do it for the money." And many of those who have left it WILL say that.

Look at the facts, their porn career is not long, getting paid to shag is therefore a short term job, as you look at continental Europe, so many porn models are escorts and even start their own brothels. This is well known fact especially the models from the EEU. As in the biggest porn producer Japan, so many women, a figure as high as 20% of the adult population are in the adult industry. Then you got to wonder why they have the lowest birth rate of all countries.

There's a lot of truth in this as many women I talk to in casual settings are tired of hearing how women don't think about sex. Turns out they think about it all the time.

Also in some ways sex is easier for women, they don't need to be as into it as us guys. Aside from the soreness from the constant pounding, it takes less prep work for females... we guys face it it takes work maintaining an erection and we tend to at the time from a bound with the women we're with. Some women see it as just something else being shoved into them. And even though careers tend to be short for a women in her late teens, 20s. You're getting paid for something some do after a nice dinner.
