Once there was a Croatian guy who wanted to be more like the English. So he went to the doc, and asked about it. The doc looked at him and said "There is a medical procedure for this, but it's irreversible. We'll have to cut out 10% of your brain, then you'll be as English as the English". The guy was so desperate to be English that he agreed

On the day of the Op, everything was ready. The doc had the scalpel in his hand and was about to cut when suddenly he sneezed and the scalpel slipped, 90% of the guy's brain dropped on the floor, and the doc couldn't put it back

This worried the doc, and he didn't know if the guy would recover. But slowly, they brought him back to consciousness. When he was fully awake, the guy looked at the doc and said "G'day, mate!"
