New discovery.

Cathy Underwood in S4E1 of The Ruth Rendell Mysteries entitled Some Lie and Some Die shown on ITV in 1990. It was a George Baker/Inspector Wexford story which took place over three episodes. The scene occurs in the first 5 minutes of part 1.

ID Note:
She and her lover are not named and have no dialogue, beyond her screaming when they find a dead body, and do not appear again in the story. So this scene might have been thought to have been done by uncredited extras.

However upon checking things through properly I found that the credits listed otherwise unaccounted for roles of a "Rosie" and a "Daniel" which seemed promising but perhaps insufficiently persuasive by itself. So I checked the Ruth Rendell novel for the matching scene and the lovers that find the body are called by those two names in the text (they also had a bit of dialogue which didn't make it to the screen). Therefore by a process of credit-elimination and via the source material the identification of Cathy Underwood (as Rosie) can be reasonably confidently made.
