I don't think they are related in any way. Kathy Hilton married into the Hilton family. Her birth name is Kathy Richards, she's related to Kim Richards.

I know the scene quite well. Your quotation isn't exactly right, but it's close enough. A few years ago, I read an interview with one of the producers of the movie, and, according to him, the line that was supposed to follow "It's twooo, it's twooo!" -- but was cut out by the studio -- was:

"Baby, you're sucking my arm."

many years ago i saw an interview with mel brooks. he was asked about stretching the boundaries and his reply was there was only one one line that he was forced to remove from the film.
