An odd idea, because the Russians and the Israelis have quite good relations, and mostly see eye to eye in Syria.

People forget: Israel is one of the largest overseas Russian communities, the largest as a percentage of population (%20 or so Russian born, or first generation of Russian born) There are more than a million Russian speakers in Israel, lots of ties between Israel and Russia, personal, political and economic. Russia's giant energy company, Gazprom, markets Israel's natural gas, for example.

You may recall an earlier plane destruction, Siberia Airlines Flight 1812, which was flying between Novosibersk and Tel Aviv, shot down by Ukrainians in 2001. There was for a time a conspiracy theory, but it was just an accident. . . I'm sure that, somewhere, someone has a crackpot idea for it though . . .

A lot of conspiracy type radio seems to originate in Texas too...

Didn't Texas originate in a plot against Mexico? A bunch of guys from the United States settled the land with the permission of the Mexican authorities and then declared themselves independent of Mexico and went on to join up with the United States, taking all that Mexican land with them. History teaches us not to be too hospitable to strangers.

According to the graph, it looks like structural steel loses over 90% of its strength at 1500F, the max temperature of jet fuel burning.

Of course, there was all of the furniture and carpets and other office crap burning in there as well, which probably burned at a variety of temperatures, some of which could have been even hotter than 1500F.

I know little about the steel of the twin towers, so I won't comment on what anyone says about it. However weak the steel became because of the temperature of the fire, this still doesn't explain the pulverisation of the 'concrete' into powder, even as they started to fall, let alone when they hit the ground.
