Unusual names for pets:

1. My neighbor has a fat orange tabby cat named Pekoe(like the tea)
2. Our White & Black cat - Parsley, sadly no longer with us.
3. Comedian Steven Wright in a routine said he named his dog "Stay" ... think about it
4. My mother's friend had a poodle cross named Polyester Poontang in the 70's.

6. The Manchester family on British TV show Gogglebox own a number of Rottweilers, one of which is called Dave. It's a perfectly good name...but not for a Rottweiler.
7. An old friend had a three legged cat, she called her "Tripod"so did we...
8. We have a one-eyed cat we call "Kelly" as in Kelly's Eye.
9. A mate took on a small, totally furless rescue cat and wittily called him 'Flymo'. Then watched as Flymo grew and grew into one of those f'n huge Norwegian Forest cats.
10. One of my friends has a dog called Norman, his Kennel Name continues "Stanley Fletcher"
