Big Grin The worst gift you ever received

My day got off to a great start

Valentines Day we don't get each other things, just do something nice ..... I got a breakfast that was expensive restaurant quality

Listening to talk radio today, that topic of Valentines Gifts came up and it evolved into worst gifts one ever got for any occasion.

I think the worst gift I heard on there was the host himself saying he used to make a tape of mixed songs that meant something to the receiver and himself How sick

I was thinking of the absolute worst gift I ever got and it was an ashtray in the shape of a naked woman it was made out of copper At the time I was young and had moved out of Mum's and Dad's, the house we were renting was an old weatherboard house with the original toilet of the house semi outside ..... That's where I used that ashtray

Some of ya would have received a classic shit gift

My Mum was driving me and my friend home from school one day and she asked what I'd like for Christmas, me and my mate were being stupid kids so to make him laugh I said "A Dennis the Menace balaclava" and we both laughed because it was so stupid.

6 weeks later Christmas Day rolls around and my Grandma had knitted me one. She said my Mum had said that's what I wanted. I kinda dug my own grave there but the fact we both laughed afterwards should have told her I was joking.

I was a teenager, and an 'eccentric' aunt gave me a 'Woodland Friends' calendar for Christmas (I was 15). The offending article contain artist's impressions of various British woodland animals. I think the artist must have been on LSD. The same year my brother got a tub of out-of-date KP peanuts.

It was last Christmas. I asked my sister for some LEGO-hey what can I say I like Lego and I like to experiment. Anyway she got me some in a big yellow container but I think she got confused and didn't read the age range-this stuff is so basic and clearly for VERY young children(not quite DUPLO style) that it is almost an insult. I think I will get my own from now on.
