My sisters and I played this to death when we were kids. A little boy and his talking dog have an adventure where they meet a lot of the cartoon characters of the day.

My older brother use to have the single of when Cliff Richard did a version of Living Doll with The Young Ones for Comic Relief in about 86.

The B-side had them singing a song called All the Little Flowers Are Happy.
I can even remember the lyrics off by heart which I will recite to you thus:

"All the little flowers are singing,
All the little birdies are too (tweet tweet!),
Everything in the garden is happy,
And we hope you are too-oo-oo-oo-oo.
If your happy we're happy (ha-ha!),
