Before the match, his Presser was all about the skills and medical experience of his backroom staff in "preserving" the time warp bubble.
"Cross a 1 Hour time zone, you need a day to adjust"... etc
Notts County...ooops, Borat Kazza are 6 time zones away, and Scotland only had 2 days to adjust, so they kept the players on UK time... breakfast at 3.00am, Dinner at midnight etc..... ... Eck was looking forward to managing Scotland in Quatar.

I like Eck... he got us a Trophy beating Arsenal at Wembley ....but, like Paul Lambert, I'm dubious about Managers that 'name-drop' SAF, Arsene, Pep,Jorgen etc.... into Interviews, as if 'knowing them' was an endorsement.

Anyway... I thought Borat-County, were pretty good... unless the sleep-walking-Scots were pretty awful. I'm biased about Eck.... but I've seen this before... as vlla fans will have seen it....

I think my partner saw my circled matches on the Telegraph game-sheet last week. Oh well.... can watch them downstairs on TV now.....

Given the schoolboy nature of the defending its difficult to believe that AM was a defender/thug of some note and an SAF disciple.

Sports science in the wrong hands is just a disaster waiting to happen, but how nice to see a smaller nation playing footie with a smile on the boat race as well as some very happy supporters.

I thought Belgium made hard work of beating the red menace given all the possession they had playing nice tippy tappy footie while those in red played a different kind, even Courtois brought the Madrid disease with him, gifting them a goal.
If I were Man Utd I would forget about any swap deal.
