The date could be 1979.

The catalogue has 20 pages: 16 for TS701-TS716 films (one per page), plus two pages for covers and two pages for What about the technical quality? TS716 is from 1979, but most, if not all, of the other 15 films are from 1978.

I have 13 of these little Color Climax film catalogues and this is the only one that has an article about CC. I think the reason is that there were just 16 TS films available at the time it was published and with the covers that would mean 18 pages.

However, the number of pages for a stapled catalogue or magazine must be a multiple of four (if there is no centrefold). Somebody at CC probably said: "We must have 20 pages. What could we print on the other two? I know, let's do an article about the technology of film manufacture."

Yes, you are right. I don't have the Film Index 1979 catalogue. In the Film Index 1980 catalogue the TS films are between TS701-TS722. So the year must be 1979.
