Aside from those mentioned, quite a number of actresses have gone from one to the other:

Sophia Loren did softcore porn in Italy before coming to the U.S.

Any number of PB models have had roles of various types.

The most successful that hits me off the top of my head is Kelly Monaco (mostly acting in soaps...got a couple of nominations for the Daytime Emmys)
