The English Independence Thread

Apparently us Anglo-Saxon's are supposed to oppose the break-up of the UK.
I don't.
I want to see what my Nation is capable of when free to chart it's own course.
I honestly don't give a monkeys about Ireland or Scotland.
Do your own thing.
Sink or swim, it's nothing to do with us anymore.
I have a soft spot for Wales but if they want autonomy, fair enough.
My country needs to stand, just like others, and live.

I'm from the north of England, I want to be separate from the south who we pay taxes to, plus they're flooded

I'm A Mancunian. I want Scouseland to be separated from the rest of us and dragged to the middle of the Atlantic and sunk. Along with the ruddy Yorkshire tykes and them southern softies. Especially the piggin' cockneys, with their 'UP West' and 'DAHN ta Manchester'!

But nobody is ever going to let you have a referendum

- so if anybody's getting independence it's going to be we haggis fanciers who'll do the deciding!!
