The material I have been able to find was posted by one person (vintagelover), who indicated that he was digitizing a VHS tape from the late 80's or early 90's, featuring horny doctors at work in a Bavarian clinic. Unfortunately, this person has chosen to post the scene in a series of fragments; and I have not been able to find a complete copy of the video.

The first "mystery" screen-cap is from a 52 second clip streaming at several sites under the title "Deutsche Hausfrau in der bayerischen Sexklinik II"

Finally . . . . image-search turned up a single image that was filmed in the same setting, and which appears to feature one of the same men that appear in the "mystery" video.



This image can be found in the last scene of a 1 hour 27 minute video streaming at several sites under the title "Saftige Fotzen - Scharf Auf Ficksahne - Teil 1"

The scene starts around the 1 hour 14 minute mark.

Hopefully someone with knowledge of German porn will recognize the setting, and help us find the studio (or identify one or more of the performers).

Addendum:

Looked at the "Saftige Fotzen - Scharf Auf Ficksahne - Teil 1" video again, and noticed this frame with some writing.

"Saftige Fotzen - Scharf Auf Ficksahne" is a Videorama compilation. I recognized some of the scenes and they originate from Videorama films.
OTOH in the comments of one of the clips is mentioned, confirmed by the uploader, that it is a Michel Blitz production, which indicates that it's from the label Karo Film.
I found out that there existed a series of at least four films from Karo, which could fit (time frame and szenario). Unfortunately I found just a few covers.

I don't think it's Willy, moustache looks wrong, he looks more like Mario van Belden.
The girl could be Gaby Hauser.
