I try to help, but I fear maybe there is language problem.
You want get (download) a movie you first must do a search for the title to find if it has been uploaded by a forum member to a file host. No post by you is needed. How to search help here.
Know if the movie is "classic" or "modern". If it is classic but has not been uploaded you can post a request for someone to do so in "classic movie requests".

click on search on the line above your post - the line that has the words calendar new posts quick links in it.

Now type the name of the movie you are looking for into the box that appears.

it is set to 'show threads' but you may prefer 'show posts' or try it both ways.

click go

your search results will appear.
