Terminator Dark Fate. Basically a remake of T2 which was a kind of remake of The Terminator. But this has Bad acting, a dire script and forgettable characters. If they are hoping this will start a new Terminator series then it just can't be done. The Terminator IS Arnold as the character and no-one can do a better job IMHO.

Good plan. I did actually spend time tracking it down. In hindsight I'd have been better off slamming my bollocks in a drawer until the idea went away The cabal cut of Nightbreed on the other hand is well worth seeing. |

The English Patient was one of those highly acclaimed, film critic favorites that I wish my three hours was spent elsewhere. Going in, I thought, cool, period drama, with a little romantic element in it. But I found sitting through it an exercise in futility and kept looking at my watch, wondering why time wasn't going any faster! It was not helped that most of the film was mostly seeing a croaking Ralph Finnes in bed. I didn't have an issue with the non-linear storytelling, but the movie just didn't move along in an interesting way for me.
I also felt the same way about Out of Africa many years earlier. I found the pacing too slow, didn't care or was moved by the ill-fated romance, and Meryl Streep drove me crazy with that accent! I remember that one of my biggest criticisms was that with four principle film editors, couldn't they have trimmed down the running time to just two hours? Today, I think the movie is OK, but my younger self in 1985 was still favoring action/adventure films! |

That happens a lot to me. I suppose there is a proper time for everything. It has happened to me that I watch again a movie I loved years ago and I didn't find that good, or the opposite: to watch again a film I didn't like and surprising myself finding it interesting. We evolve and grow in wisdom, and so does our tastes, I guess.

Cats (2019).
Despite the nearly 100 million dollar budget and Quality Cast even their acting skills couldn't save this stinker from being one of the worst of 2019. The Brilliantly and Remarkable stage play will remain the only way to see this Andrew Lloyd Webber would be very upset seeing what they did to his masterpiece.

"Her", starring Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett J. Loathed every second of this shit.
Any Fassbinder movie...this German director gave art-films a bad name. |

The Real Cancun, which is like a movie version of talentless reality shows and features “music” from shitty pop-punk bands. Only subhumans could enjoy it.

Gone Girl. I sure I've mentioned it before in this thread, but I feel I can't labour the point enough.
