Found it by searching for the french title "Defense d'aimer le pilote". Arrived today as a Super 8. Now, I've got to find a projector...

Défense d'aimer le pilote

As he said the french title is "Defense d'aimer le pilote", but its still on Super 8 tape, so you'll have to have a projector or something to play it.
I haven't bothered trying to order & copy it, since I don't know how to.

Hopefully someone else will manage to copy it since the footage on tape will eventually degrade horribly and ultimately be lost forever?
