I don't mind woman looking into or staring at the camera - it can sometimes be very sexy - but women looking at someone off screen, be it the camera operator, director or whatever, is a big turn off. It's basically her way of asking "Am I doing OK?" or "How much longer?".

Though having said that i should clarify: the copious amounts of spit that pervades current porn is merely distasteful. One of the worst examples of which, which I will not watch, involves having the woman lying on a bed, head hanging face-up over the edge having been gagged by his member resulting in her being covered with cords of snot/saliva and smeared and streaked mascara/makeup, ending up vaguely reminiscent of Keith Ledger’s portrayal of the Joker. Sorry, I just can’t see the appeal.
