Hot bikini model & bikini contest contestant of the late 80's to early 90's. Also had brief appearences in some B-movies. Was probably a stripper too, although thats only speculation on my part (just look at her dance in the videos below). Her IMDB entry:

She was in a couple of "Hot Body" videos. Since they drew a lot of models from strip clubs, one can imagine that's where she came from, too.

Funny, I don't think she looks different at all from shot to shot. She has a very distinctly angular face, and her abundance of moles are a dead give-away that it's her.

And no offence, PF, but that photo you posted doesn't look like her. I even looked for the grouping of moles she has on her tummy, and they're not there...
