They are joined by a guy who analyzes (is that a word?) both women. I could not see any tattoo's or distinctive marks on any of them; but the vid is low resolution.

The guy is Robert Rosenberg and that blonde also looks awfully familiar. It might be from a DBM or Videorama movie.
