What`s your typical day like ?

Wake up.
Realise I am horny.
Wake mrstamsmith before jumping on top of her.
Get hungry.
Make a full Fry Up.
Go to the gym.
Chat up the ladies on the way home.
Decide whether to go to work or not.
Decide to go back to bed with mrstamsmith.
After a strenuous 45 minutes I fall asleep.

Then dream over and I go to work like every other week day.

Or maybe not.!!!

My typical day is spent asleep, or trying to sleep. I work nights. A long rant about my job would be boring to 99.9% of the readership. The short version would not be cathartic enough. Either version could be used as evidence against me when I finally snap my chain and begin biting everybody.

Or, used as evidence in my defense...?

Tomorrow? Who knows.

Typical day:-

Wake up, wash, wake mum with tea, feed cats, make my breakfast

Get mum downstairs, make her breakfast, do her eye-drops.

Shower - then shopping, housework, laundry or combination.

Make tea mid morning.

More house stuff or gardening, make lunch, feed cats. Eye-drops

Mum naps, so quiet time, either gardening, go for a walk, read or log on.

Start to make dinner, serve up, feed cats, wash up etc. Eye drops

Relax - radio, TV or music then get bath lift ready for mum's bath.

After she's done, clear stuff away. Relax a bit more then get mum up to bed with medications, night-time drink etc. Feed cats, go to bed.

Add in any necessary visits to various clinics, hospital, doctors etc.

It's all so exciting being a carer that on Saturdays - the only day I work regularly - I'm glad to do it. And to the pub on Sunday evening.

Thank the lord for my sisters who occasionally help out but never mention the word "holiday" to me because I've forgotten what that means

On the contrary - I rely heavily on everyone's creative insanity.

Honestly, not as bad as it sounds. I have good, helpful friends and a lady who is in the same boat and who understands (unlike my horrible, selfish ex! )

We get together when we can and I'm lucky to have more resources than most. So it's cool.

Lately I've been trying each day to remain more Zen than Buddha , on horse tranquilisers

Because haven't been sleeping well (Big shocker ) and have new neighbours either side of my penthouse apartment (Hey if Greenman can have one why not me ).

These are the kind of neighbours who think they`re in detached houses with a plot of ten acres surrounding . The kind who invite every family member alive to live with them and who if you try to explain how intrusive their bedlem is , pretend they "No speek`a Englis"
