It is strange how this works. Back in my college days there were two sisters we used to hang around with - B-M, and R.

All the other girls thought we would fancy the pants of B-M because she was younger, very well built and prettier than her sister...but we all fancied R.

B-M was indeed pleasing on the eye but seemed rather bland and spoke with a slightly childish lisp. R on the other hand had that twinkle in her eye that told you a very good time was in store if you chose her. And so it proved by all accounts.

People Magazine said so, so it must be true.

Gotta agree with many who mentioned Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston. A few more arguably beautiful women who just don't do anything for me:

Carmen Electra
Pamela Anderson
Scarlett Johansson
Jennifer Lopez
Kate Moss

Maybe she's too clean cut, too unattainable (like anyone in these threads would be attainable for most of us, am I right?), or maybe it's just the way she always adopts a cutesy pose, even if she's modelling lingerie or swimwear, but I just can't see the appeal.

Her thread is here: http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/showthread.php?t=76500, in case anyone wants to take a look and wonder what the hell is wrong with me...

All pictures are from her thread, so if you like, then please thank the OP.
I'm actually with you on this

For me the 'original' Jennifer Hawkins pre-Miss Universe was actually more appealing than the one we have now

She claims she hasn't had work done but if you put pics of her back when she was a cheerleader for the Newcastle Knights there is a lot of difference (and it's not just age related)

One actress who was certainly beautiful but never did it for me was Barbara Bain. She always seemed to have the emotional range of a department-store mannequin.

I always thought Farrah was gorgeous and just oozed sex appeal. Cheryl, on the other hand, looked like a cookie-cutter blonde Barbie doll. Chacun à son goût.

I believe that the nebulous quality called "it" is more important than beauty. Katherine Hepburn said "I don't know what "it" is, but I've got it." (BTW: I never thought Katherine Hepburn was beautiful, but she was a marvelous actress and probably a lot of fun on a date.) So what is "it"? I suppose it all depends on your point of view. Bloke is right about a woman with personality who enjoys life being much more attractive than a ravishing ice queen. My choice among modern celebs for a date would more likely be Amy Poehler over Julia Roberts hands down.

Sorry for the very late reply, but seriously? I never thought any of those Daughters on The Brady Bunch were attractive when I was a youngster are now as Adults. Well, it's in the eye of the beholder.

I'm totally into Shirley Jones/Partridge and Susan Dey/Laurie Partridge.

Default Attractive women that may not inflate the sea monster

This type of question isnt all that different to how do you pick out the women in real life that you pursue.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as the cliche goes

Top100 most beautiful lists exist because we all see things very differently most of the time
Just looked through this thread and my eyes lit up when I saw Buttsie didn't rate my No 1 - Kyla - I respect his opinion as I agree with 100 percent with his last 2 sentences. As they said in Life of Brian - You've got to think for yourselves - you're all different ... At the moment I am creating a list of 100 like many before me and my prejudices are that I prefer brunette/raven hair , breasts without filling the chest so to speak but some definition and a smile would be nice. I have looked through the whole Playboy list and cybers and others and have come across hundreds of women that photograph (and probably air brushed) attractively but of that collection there maybe 30 in the final 100. In the list I also have pornstars and there again there is a prejudice towards the "Golden age" with Desiree Cousteau, Bridgette Monet and Brooke West etc. Tracey Adams is also in it - would have been higher up the list without the gigantic implants.
A couple of other points - Raquel gets a mention here - I watched Mother Jugs and Speed the other day (and apart from thinking you would never be able to make a film like that these day) thought you lucky bastard Harvey Keitel. I agree with the Jennifer Hawkins thing - I remember around the Miss Universe days she was a stunner and still is but she didn't cause any ripple down under - I always preferred Megan Gale but that maybe because Megan ticked a few more boxes.
I think also a lot of the actresses I have seen interviewed on chat shows don't really come across as very deep - there are exceptions and they seem to be older like Helen Mirren who I still find incredibly attractive.

I am not a fan of tatts so that rules out about 3/4 of the worlds female population these days.

There it is, I am sure some will like others may not be so enthusiastic but as Buttsie said Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I never found Sharron Davies attractive. Too androgynous for me.
