I once had a pet caterpillar who i found on the net curtain of my kitchen a few years ago . I named him munchie and fed him or her lettuce and bits of cress for a couple of weeks until it became pretty big. Then i put it in a very sheltered part of my back garden in amongst a lot of plants and hoped for the best. From then on whenever i see another baby caterpillar i make up a daft name for it like lunchie son of munchie

I came out of the grocery the other night and a guy had a "Shorkie". Cross between a Shiztu and Yorkie.
I had various dogs, cats and fish. My ex-Sister in law had a pet ferrett. It had the scent glands removed. That little bugger would steal all her unused sanitary nakins and tampoons and build nests out of them! |

I used to have a male hamster. True it is not an unusual pet, but "Tiny" was a very happy hamster, probably because of the type of cage I kept him in. It was a typical wire cage with a large wheel that he would run on all night. When the wheel would sometimes squeak I had to put a little corn oil on it. He was fed the usual hamster food, but his diet was supplemented by various things we gave him from our salads, such as lettuce, carrots, cucumber, peas, green beans, and other veggies. He really liked that stuff. He lived for about 4 years.
