I've looked at the new site and frankly I'm not impressed. Can someone please explain why its better than the old way of selecting a dvd and buying it.

As far as I can see they still charge the same amount for downloads and have multibuy offers as well, just like their old site with hard copy dvd's. I think the streaming and downloads are better as it cuts out all the hassle of hard copies. It's a lot quicker and people can download stuff from any country, where as they might get hassle over having a dvd sent to them.

I agree, plus you can choose to download on to a DVD (or on to your PC then copy to DVD). It works for me - I can watch the films on DVD as I always used to, and the films take a few hours to get to me instead of days. Definitely better!

They charging £15 per dvd or £17.50 download, surely download should be cheaper.

Re: the two prices, I can see their point - if I was in their shoes I would want a bit of extra "insurance" to cover the un-authorised copying and sharing of their downloaded files on forums like this! |

RW does have a large back catalogue to put up, but they have not updated their website in ages . I think 'phillipa' did some scenes (shorts) at Aunt Judy's that you may be able to download in the mean time
