...thought I'd piece together another striptease fantasy- one of my favourite models of current times (Brooke Bond) reproduced in a vintage style! At the moment, Brooke must be teasing quite a few fans (me for certain!) to distraction by resisting going even fully topless (similarly to the lovely Lucy Pinder at one stage). I'm guessing it was way back in 1993 when i was living in London. One one of the 'adult' channels on cable one Saturday night/Sunday morning there was a 1 hour program called "Centerfold Screen Test".

On this particular show, they were getting models to do a striptease. Two of them were Cameo and Kristina King. (there were between 6 and 9 girls, as I remember).

I KNOW that there are two other videos out there names Centerfold Screen Test and this is NOT the same (I know, I bought both of them and was VERY disappointed). These were 'classic' stripteases, where there were wearing bra, panties, stocking and suspender belts.

I had it on VHS, but back in 2000, when I moved, it disappeared in transit.

This one was HOT guys, and so any help you can offer in helping to track it down would be appreciated.

I don't think the girls of today can hold a candle to the glamourous strippers and indeed the pub strippers of the past and modern music doesn't do anything to enhance it-you need the sleazy type of jazz style to really appreciate the full 'experience' so rock n roll or guitar led blues don't work!

Actually it's funny, cause HBO did a documentary dealing with the history of Striptease. and it goes from Fatima (back in the 1890's early 1900's) through Gypsy Rose Lee (in the 1940's) And in this one segment they have a re-enacment of Josephine Baker's 'Banana Dance' routine.

But I thought that this was the videos for this series.. guess not.

Now as for other Stripteases I know of, (and these are on both Showtime and HBO), I know of one that was called "Burly-que" in which there were comedy acts thrown in with sexy hot strippers (and I vividly recall one of the strippers doing a cowgirl routine and who had big ones.

Of course there is also another show (on Showtime) in the 1980's that was like this.

Then there's ""The Naked Stages" (1998) and had 3 sets of strippers (Rookies, Headliners and Veterans). of course it's more of a documentary than a film.. (though I've seen that someone has the copy.. now how to snag it.

Anyway I thought these video links would be of the Stripper history video.. Guess not.

I fully agree with that statement Greenman.
What really gets my goat are pole-dancers, rock-chick types performing their acts under the guise of striptease.
The choice of music is another contention issue with me too. How can a seductive strip routine be performed to blaring rock, punk even techno style music.
Also fed up too with the fact that most performers these days, seem to leave something on at the end too!
