So the fact that the Greens went all-in against the only strong environmentalist ever nominated by a major party was just pure coincidence? I don't think so.

So he was good with soundbites. Sure Al talked big about the environment but the question is this: how are you going to be an environmentalist yet be taking money from an oil company to fund your campaign?

Quote:
If there is one oil company that Gore might ask “our children and grandchildren” to forgive, it is Occidental Petroleum. The company has been a steady supplier of campaign funds to Gore and to the Democratic Party, though its relationship with Gore goes far deeper. Armand Hammer, who built Occidental Petroleum into the behemoth it is today and who’s been described as “the Godfather of American corporate corruption,” liked to say that he had Gore’s father, Sen. Albert Gore, Sr., “in my back pocket.” When the elder Gore left the Senate in 1970, Hammer gave him a $500,000-a-year job as the chairman of Island Coal Creek Co., an Occidental subsidiary, and a seat on Occidental’s board of directors. By 1992, Gore owned Occidental stock valued at $680,000.

And herein lies the problem with politics in general. They know the right things to say when running, but their chase for money makes their actions end up betraying their words

HRC is just as guilty of finger pointing as Trump is. She blamed everyone but herself for her loss in 2016. She still refuses to own that "deplorables" comment. Trump has a fair complaint against the media - particularly CNN. They hate him and make no attempt to mask that under any veil of journalistic integrity. At the same time, the mainstream liberal media gave Trump an incredible amount of free airtime during the campaign. He should thank them for that.

I would vote for him again as I wasn't voting for Trump - I was voting against HRC. It was a clear "lesser of the two evils" moment for me. We made it through the Obama years relatively intact. A Hillary Clinton administration would have been ugly.

I'm going to agree with the first part of this. Her and the party's antics splitting the party ultimately cost her the election. The party leadership cries about voter turnout what they don't say is some of the same voters that stayed home during the general were the same voters they conspired to keep from voting in the primary. So yes I say they only have themselves to blame, my question for the right is are they willing to acknowledge the media's role in the split even if would damage the "liberal media" narrative that you like to hold on To? The only thing Hillary should have apologized for was not doubling down on the "deplorables" comment. Democrats still chasing after the ghost of Reagan Democrats
. I say ghost cause a lot of them are now dead.

They media is by no means liberal, liberals despise war and want to get private funding out of politics. Things that would take billions out the pockets of the media and the corporations that fund them. If they did not cover Trump like they with Bernie then you would have more of an arguement.

You know you tell the same story liberals tell except they talk about staying home instead of voting for Trump.

If the election were held again today, would I vote for Donald Trump again over Hillary Clinton? You better believe it! The world truly dodged a bullet when that wretched, self-serving woman with her One World Government agenda was defeated. Trump has his issues when it comes to character, but he is a choir boy when compared to "The Hildabeast".

"One World Government" - LMAO.... Like a Putin-Trump cabal isn't heading that way... "Oh I better be quiet - them black helicopters are a comin!" The best thing about a HRC administration is she would have got less done with this Congress than Obama. And no big alliances the world over either, in spite of being Sec of State for a bit of time.

Reading this topic... all the American members of this forum would have vote against Hillary (even if it was the Chimpazee friend of Tarzan, Cheeta)?

Nope - I'd vote for her again given the same two choices.
Trump has accused HRC of everything he has done, only he has done it!
His cabinet pics are ruining America at an amazing pace.
