Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. I think some still are, depending on the business. If it's in a low rent area and has 25 cent video arcades (or however much it costs now), then it's "seedy". Those stores will always have the reputation of guys wanking off inside. But there are some that are considered more as a "boutique". Everything is usually higher priced and the stores are nice and clean. They cater more to the regular housewives and people like that. Those aren't considered seedy I don't think.
