Full FA Cup quarter-final draw:
Lincoln City will play Sutton or Arsenal in the FA Cup quarter-finals as reward for their stunning fifth-round victory over Burnley.
The fifth-tier club became the first non-league team in 103 years to reach the last eight with the biggest shock of the competition so far on Saturday. Holders Manchester United play Chelsea, and Millwall, who beat Premier League champions Leicester, play Tottenham. Middlesbrough face Manchester City or Huddersfield, who drew 0-0 on Saturday. Chelsea v Manchester United Middlesbrough v Huddersfield/Manchester City Tottenham v Millwall Sutton/Arsenal v Lincoln

Arsenal getting destroyed again was always going to happen because the usual big 3 clubs have a monopoly on the best players who go back and forwards between each other.
The only time that gets interrupted is if you pay silly transfers & and even sillier wages Given your competing against teams who get the lions share of their leagues Tv revenue , and have 3 out of 4 of the biggest capacity stadiums its not really sustainable. The Arse cant afford to have anyone injured - Cazorla & Ramsey injured = toothless attack Looking at Arsenal over the past decade they seem to have a lot of injury prone players who when their MIA the team seems to lose complete belief in what their doing. RVP , Diaby , Wilshere , Ramsey , Rosicky One wonders if the backroom of Man U were able to get the always injured RVP up for almost every game in a season after his transfer what are they doing at Arsenal? You have to question the people who put together a squad on 190 million a year that cant cope with a few key players being injured |

I watched Barcelona last night playing the mighty Leganes. The man of the match surprisingly was Ter Stegen, Barcelona's goalkeeper. Barcelona ended up winning the game 2-1 but it could have been very different had it not been for Ter Stegen. Barca looked all out of sorts, their star players were poor and they created very little and relied on a penalty to win the game. Leganes did all the running and looked the better side for large parts of the game. had Barca been playing someone like Atleti or Real Madrid they would likely have seen a similar scoreline to the Cl game against PSG. Enrique has done something and its screwed them up.

Follow the above link for the 'best' hour you could wish for!!! No matter what country you're from happily click away and I'll be interested to see who is the leader in this thread. I'm on 121, the furthest west I've been is Lisbon, the furthest north is Edinburgh, east is Chisinau, and south funnily enough is Lisbon as well. Happy groundhopping!!!! |
