There have been so many Brit celebs that have abseiled into this production that it's surely worth the effort to dig for decent pics!!

The onstage nudity is real and stage-managed as best can be done, but the following review suggests that the celebs can't always contain themselves...

"In the film, Julie Walters, Helen Mirren and Celia Imrie could rely on soft lighting and careful prop management to hide anything too rude. On stage, however, there is real sense of risk. The lighting is unforgiving, and things can and do go wrong. For the audience the tension is invigorating, but perhaps it is not so much fun for the actors who have to display their wobbly bits.
Six pairs of eyes shoot weary looks at me. "The nudity attracts attention, but its not really what the play is about," says Hodge, "and, after 150 performances, we are so used to it that we barely notice." It doesn't, however, take much prompting for them to recall how embarrassing it was to begin with.
"When I was offered the part I was told there was no nudity," says Phillips, a naivete greeted by snorts of good-humoured derision from the rest of the cast. "I thought they would acheive some magic with a back projection," she protests.
Any such illusions were rapidly dispelled before rehearsals even started. The first time they met was to shoot the teasing poster that says they "reveal all". Far from easing the women in gently, the warm-up went as follows: "Hello. Coffee? Kit off."
A fortnight later rehearsals began amidst hysterical giggles and tactful attempts to look each other only in the face. "Why don't you strip off, too?" the women asked Hamish McColl, the director, and Carl Prekopp, who plays the photographer. Both refused. It fell to Bellingham, who plays Chris, well-cast as the boldest member of the group, to break the ice. "As head girl, I had to take my top off first."
In rehearsal and on a proscenium stage only her back is on view in that first flesh-baring scene. But when the show opened in Chichester, the audience sat on three sides. "They had a fine view of my nipples; suddenly the cheap seats became the most expensive," she recalls.
Exercise DVDs and diet sheets were popular during the run-up to performance, but the actors soon lost interest. "I thought that if anyone looked at my bottom and laughed I would shoot myself," says Bellingham. "But every time I worry I eat another bar of chocolate." Fortunately, she felt no need to carry through that threat when she realised that her bottom was evoking gails of hilarity. "We've stopped worrying about being fat," says Smith. "I'm more concerned about keeping fit. This is a tiring show."
During six months of touring, their carefully worked-out routines have occasionally failed. In Glasgow, Faye had trouble on the steeply-raked stage: "I have to stand behind a trolley of cakes holding two in front of my breasts, but the trolley began to run away. I grabbed it, and dropped the cakes."
Each woman who undresses is shielded until ready by two others, but it hasn't always worked. When Phillips forgot to hold up the tablecloth, Mills was reavealed sans marmalade-making equipment. Bravest of them all is Elaine Smith, who sings and plays the piano in the buff. The tinsel she relies on to cover her ample form sometimes displays a mind of its own.
It is a relief, they admit, to get the big scene over by the interval, but they have become so used to women mouthing "Thank you" from the audience, and queuing up to praise them afterwards, that they have come to see taking their clothes off as a public service, an affirmation that women who aren't supermodels should not be ashamed of their bodies."
