This is quite a difficult one for me. Over the last 25 years or so there's been probably hundreds of girls in various publications, so I'm not entirely sure who was the first one I can remember.

I do however remember Donna Ewin when she was around in the 90's.

I even had an early VHS video of her and Linzi Dawn Mckenzie from the 90's at one point (here's a DVD version of the same video).

The first I recall was Linda Podalanski (probably spelt wrong) in about 1977, I remember this as it said she was from Coventry where we lived at the time, and I recall trying to find her name in the telephone directory. I was 14, so probably forgiven for being a stalker with high testosterone levels at a young age!
