I have had my breakfast consisting of three hardboiled eggs with the yolks removed and one cup of Raisin Bran cereal with 4 ounces of Lactaid non-fat milk. and 16 ounces of bottled purified water with my vitamins and other pills. Now it is time for my warm shower, and then a short nap followed by a good hot cup of Folgers instant coffee with sugar and non-dairy creamer. Then on to my movies. I may decide to take a long ride down Lakeshore Drive in the afternoon. Since today is a holiday the roads may be more empty than usual. trailmaster signing off!
