No name, but I spotted another picture of her using yandex reverse image search.

Sorry for the delay in calling this [solved].

I have not been able to find a model index listing for "Brittany Paone"; which seems odd since over the last decade the name has been associated with at least one professional sports team (maybe a Dolphins cheerleader?), and several "auto-babes" features.

There are a lot of images attributed to "Brittany Paone" and belly-dancer "Ameera Paone" at various web-sites; and there is even an Ohio Voter's Listing for a 29 year old Ameera Brittany Paone A**** [last name omitted here].

In any event, the christmas tree "mystery" picture eluded me for a while. It appears to be from a 100+ image photo-set for Strobe Magazine, attributed to Brittany. A few samples, below;
