Hefty #2 (1962, 1.00 USD cover price - cover price often helpful dating these mags - 1.00 mags typically 1960-62 but can be as late as 1964)

Left model on left page - apparently has only one pic. Mag called her "NellAdams" (sic) but that sounds doubtful.
