I was watching a nature documentary the other night, and it showed whales mating, both the act and the size of the whales penis was pretty impressive.

Anyway, thats what got me thinking about penises, and which member
of the animal kingdom is packing the most meat. It's not surprising that the largest animal , the Blue Whale, also has the largest measured penis, 8 feet (2.4 m). But in relation to body size, the big man on the block is the barnacle. The barnacle's penis can grow up to forty times its own body length.

Now you know why they call him "Barnacle Bill the Sailor".

I had a couple of crickets in my basement that were driving me nuts with the constant chirping so I go down and could only find one so I squash him. While I"m looking for something to clean my shoe the other cricket ate the carcass. Who knew the little buggers were cannibals?

A google search later and I find out they are omnivores. This is a partial list of what they will eat : vegetables in any state, plant debris (leaves, stems, roots), other insects, paper, clothing and dryer lint. Here I thought if I couldn't find them then I would just starve them out of my basement.

Did you know-getting back on topic-that the small plastic covered bit on your training shoes laces is called an AGLET and that little dip under your nose below where a moustache would be is called the PHILTRUM(FILTRUM).

Did you know that you can stop a yawn but pressing a small spot in the center of your chin. Trial and error shows it works if you press the right spot. Why might this be useful you ask? Suppose you are in a meeting with the boss and he/she is droning on about a bunch of crap. Stopping a yawn as it is starting might be helpful in this circumstance. (Please no one tell me they are doing that as they read this.)
