I have seen Stroh many times when in Austria. I have never tried it because my Austrian friends tell me it is used for cooking. Though many years ago a friend @ uni had a bottle of 80% Stroh, I know he got incredibly drunk but what I remember most is that he was in bed for about a week afterwards! As to marinating my weed with alcohol - no thanks. While I enjoy a beer or a wee malt with a joint, the last thing I wanna do is get fucking blasted, dhream, those days are long over - which maybe is a good thing ... kiwi

Newcastle Brown Ale slightly chilled in a stemmed glass. And if I'm feeling particularly sophisticated I stick a cherry in it.
For those balmy summer evenings that we are all too familiar with here in the UK I sometimes like to partake of a Gin Fizz. The recipe is as follows: 2 parts Gin (Tanqueray or Booths) Juice of a freshly squeezed Lime 2 tsp Caster Sugar A scoop of Crushed Ice Combine all the ingredients in a tall tumbler and fill to the brim with Soda Water and stir to ensure all the sugar has desolved. Serve with a twist of Lime.

A perfectly good beer but rather dull.I normally pass it by if there's anything else. One thing is that it's usually the cheapest beer in the pub yet probably a light year better than the dearest beer in the same pub which is perhaps Stella or Peroni or some other overpriced swill.

, spitalhouse. Big thanks 4 that 1, buddy. Tell me please, how does your gin cocktail taste, if you can? Only, I have never liked gin - it always smelt like perfume & taste like orange peel - boke! Kiwi

Cigarettes are simply an expensive way of shortening your life span , aging more quickly and spoiling your food.Weed by the way contains significantly higher amounts of carcinogens than tobacco and causes many other problems.Being illegal unlike tobacco no firm user or usage data are available so nobody is sure about the scale of these problems. |

But you say and I quote, ' Weed by the way contains significantly higher amounts of carcinogens than tobacco and causes many other problems.' I have no problems yet. and if/when I do, @ least I will know I had great pleasure gaining this 'illness' - cigarettes give you no pleasure what-so-ever. nothing. big Zero. oops! Sorry, they make you smell bad to everyone else who doesn't smoke. But that is still beside the point... Whatever kills me is fine by me as long as something kills me. I don't wanna die of nothing. People who die of nothing are fucked Kiwi

The reason this drink is perfect for summer is that it tastes primarily of sweet, sparking lime juice infused with a hint of alcohol. You get all the refreshment of a soft drink with the added bonus that it gets you pissed - a kind of alcopop but with better manners. It's a great drink if you're ordering it in the cocktail bar of a swanky hotel or restaurant. However, if you ask for it in your local pub they tend to look at you like you're a bit kinky or something. I suppose if you're not keen on the idea of gin you could always substitute it with vodka. Regards
