Have you ever met another VEF member?

This is something I've wondered about for a long time....

In my experience VEF is a pretty unique forum.

To quote Mal Hombre's sig:

"It is a porn site,But it's a Classy porn site."

There is a sense of community and camaraderie here that I have not seen in any other forum regardless of type.
There are huge variety of topics of interest and discussion, and in reading through some of these, I get the impression that there are members who trade/swap things with other members.

SO, I'm wondering if any of you have had outside contact with people you first met at VEF?
This could be either exchanging e-mails, trading items via snail mail or other methods or actually met in person.

Personally, there are a couple of members that I have exchanged e-mails with and know their real names.

How about you?

Yes but he was a member of a Yahoo group for page 3 girls I once ran and since then(and him joining here) we have met every Christmas for about 7 years as he lives oop north whereas I live darn sarf

I have exchanged mail (snail mail) with a couple of American members, one of whom I met on another board.

Apart from the whole sharing-porn thing, I am quite enjoying the online friends I am making here on VEF, but I'm not too enthusiastic about meeting anyone (except the hot chicks who we all know frequent this board under male psuedonyms

).

I have spoken to one member by Phone and I have exchanged Christmas cards with two others.I do know a fair few by Their real names...

Yes I have spoken on the phone with a few members. Sent xmas cards. Like Mal I know quiet a few by their real name. Yes my name is not really billybunter. Sorry about that.

Unfortunately, no. I'm a bit reluctant in this matter. My paranoia. And it's still tough for me not to count as a complete idiot when i use English. I'm not the best when it comes to languages. It's a good thing to be a part of the conversations without someone laugh at me. For me, this forum is a good opportunity to improve my English and to remove some prejudices. And in some threads, i can improve my general knowledge.

To my identity in real life, i can only say that i am glad that Nobody know that the name i am called is Rumpelstiltskin.

Just kidding.

Rumpelstitskin is my brother.

I've never met a VEF member in the flesh - but I've sent a few abusive text messages.
