We are interested in splashing the cash, if the three wise ones can pry open the money box, in signing Giroud & Walcott. For some strange reason the link below popped into my head.

Europa League

Rangers suffer humiliating loss to Luxembourg side in Europa League qualifying

Quote:
Rangers suffered one of their worst ever results as they were knocked out of the Europa League qualifiers by Luxembourg minnows Progres Niederkorn.
The Ibrox side took a 1-0 first-leg lead to Luxembourg but fell behind to a second-half Emmanuel Francoise finish.
Sebastian Thill sealed progress, scoring only the third European goal in the minnows' history to secure their first ever win in Europe.

Did they get pointers from the Rumanian dirt farmers or are they Berwick in disguise?

Mean while the Blot finishes bottom of the pile in away visits, with the three wise ones still trying to pry the lid of the money tin. Nordtvveit to Hoffenheim, while Feghouli looks to be heading to Galatasaray. Valencia apparently back in the fold as Everton relinquish the option to buy and chase the Giroo instead, as well as Rooney returning to his old home, on a freebe, by the weekend.
Rumblings about the Snod, will he stay or will he go?
Hernandez still being harassed to sign and join our other newbee Zabaleta.

Lacazette to Arsenal.
Really a good player. And a good behaviour, mature and simple .

Default Arsenal and others...

I used to have this theory....

Years ago.

That the gooners always had a season transfer budget, with a cap, somewhere in the 5 figure millions. £XX,xxx Million
Like others in the money-no-object-super-group

And that Arsene took a percentage of whatever he didn't spend.

One explanation for his annual reticence to be the biggest money-bags on the block. (Yep, I know the Emirates build and good financial husbandry were the apologists' yearly mantra)

I'm warming to that old conspiracy theory tho, as I watch Arsene blow his wallet in his final season orgasm

A lot of serious money being thrown around early in the Prem, and it's only 5 days into the window and Everton - the toffees - are going bananas.

Where's Jose ???

As if it couldn't get any better after The 2012 Ranger's being beaten by a team of taxi drivers and plumbers, they lost the Big Tax Case today.

Supreme Court decision so no further appeals possible, and they are now officially tagged as the cheats of Scottish Football.

Hopefully title stripping will follow and the odious club will soon be in administration again very soon.
Permanently this time with any luck.

It would appear this is just the beginning as Rangers are not alone in operating this system in the sporting world as well as many companies in the business sector.

This decision has no bearing on the new Rangers and the only losers here are the Oldco creditors who will get less money from the pot as HMRC are owed even more money and will get a greater share.

I do not believe the footballing authorities will remove trophies as it will be almost impossible to prove the payment being linked to trophies and they will also have to take into consideration the English clubs involved in the scheme, for if some have not won trophies it blows any argument out of the water.

De ja Vu but as usual Rangers sink to a new low

For those that have forgotten Brendan Rodgers 1st game in charge of Celtic in 2016

Gibraltar part timers 1 Celtic 0

From what i've read of the Rangers case the people who received the tax free loans will be chased for payment not Rangers

Rangers tax case ruling - what does it mean?

Man Utd announce signing of Romelu Lukaku for £75m
Everton deny it.
Chelsea fan's websites have fingers crossed as they collectively don't rate him

Good ere, innit?
