This is not an easy angle for facial identification, but I wonder if she is Jean Afrique aka Jeanette Starion.

I'm not convinced. The blemish seems a little out of place, less defined and possible a smudge on the image. Also the ID girl has a possible mole below the breasts which does not appear on any of the Jeanette images. Similarly, the mole to the left of Jeanette's right nipple does not appear on the ID girl.

Mystery's nipples sit too high (unnaturally so), areolae aren't big enough, & she has that spot on the underside of one boob--compare here, here, here, here... feel free to compare further in VM's thread.

VM also has a small spot/mole between her boobs that mystery lacks--OK, could be removed but why remove it yet leave the much larger spot?

Mystery's hair is unlike VM's. Yes, VM sometimes wore wigs but mystery's hair doesn't seem like a wig. /shrug/

Marianne Jensen and Jeanette Starion/Dyrkjaer do look similar from various camera angles especially when they both have a similar hairdo as in the OP mag cover image, however note the mole/spot locations on the chest of Marianne:
