A couple of days ago my Firefox updated to version 58 and now I am having trouble clicking on links in emails in my Hotmail account. This is also happening on the computers when I check it at work. What could be causing this? Is anyone else having this problem?

I also have the update, but no link problems with messages on my main Thunderbird emails or the two webmail services I use. Don't have Hotmail I'm afraid, so could there be a problem with them?

A problem with Hotmail? Maybe. It is possible although the links do work when I go to Hotmail in other browsers.

I'm getting log-in problems with Hotmail (outlook), and no browsing history on Amazon.
IE works fine for both. |

Where do the messages come from?
I'm using FF56 and two different websites have warned me that my browser is "dangerously out of date". Is this coming from Mozilla to try to force me to update their crappy product? One iteration behind is hardly "Dangerous".

only the release notes that tell you whats changed can answer your question
Quick glimpse - 5 out of the 6 updates since 56 had critical security issues fixed Understanding them - good luck Security Advisories for Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/securi...fox/#firefox58 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo.../releasenotes/ If your using older browsers script & ad-blocker - mandatory plugins - disabled or removed keep all software on your device up to date Last edited by buttsie; January 30th, 2018 at 12:16 AM.. I have Firefox 58.1, and I can't edit posts or make new posts on this forum (I am using IE 8 to post this).

Any specific add-ons you're using? Edit: editing seems to work too. |
