Bought this at lunchtime. Some of it will be my tipple tonight after maybe a beer or two.

Exclamation Apple juice

Too much of it , as drinking it like I do water and everything else

Got it as it was reduced. Is meant to be not from concentrate yet oddly incredibly sweet. Haven't had anything sugary for a few days and already drunk nearly a whole carton
Weakened at the same time and nabbed two half price "Luxury" scotch eggs. From the Co-Op.
Well those eggs are called luxury.
Although now I remember why I've not bought them for over a year and that were half price back then
Because they`re totally rank

So, we got snow here.
I'm not sure if I'm celebrating or lamenting, its pretty but a real drag to drive in, so I'll have some...apple juice and bourbon.

Snow here too (though a Canadian will probably laugh at the pitiful amount of it)

Sticking to hot coffee (nothing alcoholic, since it's only noon)

Yes. A few G+T's whilst cooking, then our last bottle of 2013 Sainsburys Taste The Difference Languedoc. Onto the 2014 next, didn't get any last year so the 2016 has just been buried at the back of my cellar (under the stairs.....).

Noticed that I was almost out of booze today, meaning that for the last 3 weeks, I'm up to 2 40's a week, no hangovers, and pleasant evenings, but my liver cannot take that kind of pummeling for long, no doubt, so today, I bought a 40 and a 26er, and will ration myself, and next week, I'll go with just a 40.
Damn that Saxon blood, its costing me a fortune!

Never in my life of 66 years have I been a drinker of spirits or of cocktails. Now though I have just started to taste different liquors. No to Gin, no to bourbon, no to vodka, no to brandy, no to scotch, but yes to blended Canadian Whiskey. I recently tried and in a few weeks finished my first bottle of Crown Royal Blended Canadian Whiskey. It's quite good. It almost has a buttery taste. Like all liquors there are several varieties, but so far I have just tried the original.

I found that as I age, I approach Scotch. Some approach Vodka.
