Not many, and the weather usually restricts such behaviour.

A couple here in sunny Sussex - There is the famous area for it on Brighton Beach, another for it at a secluded spot at Fairlight Glen - a mate of mine said had a wank when spying behind a rock here once. It's a long cliff walk for that though so you have to be quite dedicated.

Yes but hypothermia and drowning is the far greater danger on the UK's usually windy and rainy tidal nudist beaches.

Most big cities in the U.S have a rat problem. They mostly live in the sewers, and there is a special city department that goes out every night to hunt out these vermin and try to keep their numbers down. They are often called "The Rat Squad".

Do English cities also have a lot of rats hiding in your sewers,and if so do you have a special city department that hunts them every night like in the U.S.?

Most of ours hide - in plain sight - in Parliament.

To answer you question - yes. Most cities have rat "problem" and most frequent the underground sewers. In some UK cities there is a habit of dumping rubbish out on the street for overnight collection and the rats are drawn to this.

In my own town, there was a massive increase in the rat population last summer after the buildings in a builders yard were demolished. The colonies that had lived amongst the racking and sheds suddenly found themselves homeless and so infested the nearby houses.

I get them in the garden occasionally but not often enough to be a problem so I just tolerate the odd few that I see. Living in a rural location as I do, they are to be expected.

My neighbour used to sunbathe in her garden.

And used to make such lovely noises in the evening

Sadly she moved out recently.

But least things are quiter now....
