Having said that though i still occasionally listen to some of Metallicas earlier work , or as i think of it "Their pre-arsehole era" ...

Geddy Lee and Rush - what a total waste of my hearing.
I cannot turn off the radio fast enough.

Madonna - Most overrated musical performer of the last 50 years. Without question. And if she was the only woman in the world, I'd build myself a closet and come out of it.

Janet Jackson, Pariah Scarey, and all the over interchangeable hip-hop "divas" - How about using human musicians in your recordings, instead of computers and drum machines with dying batteries? And can't you just sing into the microphone, without all the filtering and sanitizing?

Any unwashed, whiny-voiced coffeehouse singer from the past 10 years - Take a bath, get a shave (or at least grow manly-looking facial hair), and quit singing like a pussy.

Sugar Ray - These guys make Wham!, Duran Duran, and Modern Talking sound like virile he-men.

Snoop Doggy Dogg, 50 Cent, etc. - Modern-day minstrel show performers.

Sean Combs - Instead of changing your nickname every week, how about coming up with original musical ideas?

Kenny G - Evil. Pure Evil.

Dr Shiperd,
i mostly agree with the exception of these
Sugar Ray - These guys make Wham!, Duran Duran, and Modern Talking sound like virile he-men.

Snoop Doggy Dogg, 50 Cent, etc. - Modern-day minstrel show performers.

Sean Combs - Instead of changing your nickname every week, how about coming up with original musical ideas?

they are not even performers, i don't know what they are

**Inhales**

Never really got The Beatles or the Stones - The Who p*ssed all over them.
Singulary and collectively detest each and every spice girl with a passion - wannabies who should never have been.
Sir Cliff (of course),

All pretty boy bands

All pretty girl bands

Busted and Mcfly - Talentless choirboys trying to be bad and failing miserably.

Gangsta Rap - and the people who try to imitate them.

anyone from reality shows

Dodi, , Cher, Vanilla Ice, Those tw*ts who sang Eberneezer Good.

Could go on for ages, but that'll do for now.

But before I go, heres another - Britney Spears, abosulutely no talent and even less class

Boy, do I feel better now

Beatles: overrated.
Amy Crackhouse: an ugly moose that cant sing to save her life.
U2: The same song with the annoying jangly guitars everytime, and Bono is a tit.
All Gangsta Rap.

Default Petty

Tom Petty.....never understood why people like his music.

WTF????!!!!!!!!! I am being sarcastic, which I hope others are as well. Maybe some were tongue in cheek. Calling the Beatles overrated?

Can I just ask one question about two names mentioned on here? Bono and Madonna: Can you not like their material, yet still respect them. It is very hard to find a person (at least here in the states) that is say 30-45yrs old who cannot say with all honesty that Madonna doesn't have at least one song that they would say they like or liked at one point.
As far as Bono and U2.....those guys have been around for over 25yrs and have never really had a lull. That speaks for itself. Just saying that, you can still respect something without being a fan of it.
I hate Eminem's music...but the guy can rap or make music and he can act on the big screen.

I hate gangsta rap. Probably 50cent is most hated. Find a hook and just make your million's on it. Gotta love th good ole US

I think we all just give our own opinions.
