If anyone could use a DeLorean, a Phone Booth (either from Rufus or Dr. Who), or else a Hot Tub Time Machine (what Ashton did in the Hot Tub with those girls outside the movie of the butterfly in 2004 doesn't count), and then they went back to the '80s or '90s and figured out a way to get all of the bikini / lingerie models' names and complete photosets onto VEF...??? Considering that they only had ASCII porn in those days, without virtue of the Internet, and maybe women were more prudish and only willing to use stage names if they were hot...???

So the likely scenario is to use a Men In Black device to get a stage name and a real name from each, along with biographical data and photosets from everywhere, even the ones that were too hot to publish, and then scan them in using at least 600dpi on one of our modern scanners. [It would create jobs for anyone who has associate technical training in Photoshop and other graphic arts programs.] Now VEF will have even more vintage content and you will wonder "who was this girl from..." But you don't have to drive a DeLorean and have the $$$ of a coke dealer to date such a girl if you meet her in real life, just have access to time travel tech and say "I'm from the future" after you appear in a flash of light.

A small device that could be used in a car - anytime the speakers of another vehicle went over a certain number of decibels (or there was too much bass in it), then you would be allowed to push a button on the device that would do something like the following:

cause the speakers to not work for the next 30/60/90 minutes
cause the vehicle to be reported to the police for breaking the local noise ordinance
cause the speaker to blow up (my favorite!)

A time travel app

Let say that somebody invested a time travel app, which you could download and watch on your tv, computer, phone and so on. Which you could use to time travel without physically travel back in time. You could sit at home in 2022 and watch what people did in the past. As an example, lets say you wanted to see what Jane Austen did on the 12 of April 1809. than all you would need to do was to write that in on a search bar and the app would take you to that date and you could see what Jane Austen did on that day. Or any date in history. Or you want to see the last Neanderthal just write in last Neandertal and the app would take you to it and so on.

But there would be one rule lets say, that you could only see things that happened before your where born. So it would not be possible to spy on your neighbor to see what he or she did yesterday.

It would be time travel without time travel. you could see the past from the safety of your own home.

Probably poorly explained.
