Tried to help my son move a few bags of cement a couple of hundred yards. Managed two then had to take a rest. My son is very fit so he did the rest easily. Tried to slag me saying I am getting old. ( I am). My body is not as good as it was but my brain is still ok.

Guess what? Who does he come to for advice.

Thank Christ something still works.....

Made a big breakfast out the camp on the woodstove, cut firewood for about three hours afterwards, cleaned up camp dishes, swept, drove three hours home, lit a fire in the old stone hearth, ate pizza, and then, slept until 11 a.m. the next day. Working thru a head cold this week and hoping, the virus is what made me tired not the work! age: 55

Be patriotic, and tell the world how proud we are to be White. straight, and Christian.

Save up some money and treat ourselves to a luxury.

Compliment a lady of any age on how well they look.

Be proud of what you have achieved in life.

I'm 61 and can still do just about everything still. My problem is, when the weather changes, my body screams in pain. And every year it's a new pain. There is actually one thing I can't do. Over exerting my muscles causes the muscles or tendons to tear or over stretch and it usually hurts for about 7 months.

Hammer in fenceposts and dig drainage ditches without feeling awful for a few days. Sadly I've had lots of practice at both this year (that's what you get for marrying into a farming family).

I can't ski or sail like I used to, knees wrecked. However I can play guitar, bass, keyboards, hell music, so much better.

If you fall off the swing, there is always a new roundabout to jump on.
