Can anyone identify this girl. Her first name may be 'Luna', she's a non english speaker and she has tattoos on her right wrist and left thigh. Sorry for the poor quality caps, low quality vid (one of the reasons I'm trying to find out who she is so I can look out a better quality version).

she has a tattoo on the wrist (mentioned in OP, and visible in OP 2nd pic)

and a scorpio tattoo (not mentioned in OP)
