Sorry, but it is not from Phyllis. All the clips and caps from that show on this site, and most others, comes from a VHS tape I loaned to Pitters a few years ago, and he copied the extracts you'll find here and elsewhere. I still have the tape, which is the entire production, and Bob Monkhouse definitely isn't featured.

Yet another of mitchspur's treasures that I've seen nude on stage. I saw Annie Lambert in a farce called Pass the Butler with Eric Idle and Willie Rushton (1984ish) Annie's nude scene was quite brief if I remember correctly - she disrobed and then exited quickly stage right.

The Mystery One is almost certainly Shadow of The Stone 1987 as Alan Cumming appears in it as does Shirley Henderson . Oh No it isn't see later posts

Shadow of the Stone was a Sunday afternoon children's serial. I think I'm safe in assuming that these clips don't come from that production. Also the large breasted actress is clearly not the waif like Shirley Henderson who, afaik, has never done a nude scene.

Could both clips be from 'The Chemistry Lesson' which is tagged in IMDB as 'Pagan' and 'Supernatural'? Seems to fit

I suspect you may be right. I was drawn to Shadow of The Stone by the fact that it starred Alan Cumming and featured witchcraft. I never saw the
Chemistry Lesson when it was on TV perhaps someone out there can confirm my co -correspondents suggestion?

BTW The Elizabeth Garvie ,Something in Disguise' clip exists way back in post 433 by Steve9049. The 'Topless Review' lists this as her only nude scene(s) so I'm not so sure that Steve's recent post is her.


So....is it now OK to post unknown clips from Brit TV? I've got a number of them. I still have to sort out a few more tapes which are now on the computer.

And please post your unknown clips - there are some VEFers here who are expert in putting an ID onto them. You may well be uncovering some more long-lost gems. All you are risking is duplication and that can be sorted out subsequently.

It's definitely her, and despite the difference in hairstyle compared to the earlier clip it's also definitely Something in Disguise because I just matched up the dialogue with the book (the stuff about the Battle of Britain game). Very satisfying little research job this morning. The Topless Review is a fantastic resource but no source can be 100% complete or accurate (they're the reason I initially misidentified Alison Fiske in the clips from The Detective).

Does anybody remember "The Olympian Way", a short drama/soap set in a health club in 1981? I'm pretty sure Annie Lambert played a model in the final episode and was fully nude being photographed in the shower to advertise the club. Did I imagine it?
